If you want Word to display your document in Web layout view the next time the document is opened, save your document in this view before you close it. Q: I created a Word document using Microsoft Word 2003 that has a background. When I do a print preview everything looks great but when I actually go to print the document it looks completely different. Feb 24, 2016  Was personally having this issue in Word 2007 where the Print Preview displayed the background image correctly, centering and filling the entire background, yet printing to a PDF or printer results in the background image being tiled repeatedly on the entire page ==> finally figured it out! As far as I'm aware of, Grayscale printing is already on. I only see a disable grayscale printing option (which is unchecked). Selecting 'Print Colours as black on a non-colour printer option' does not work for me. The fill effects still does not print. Also note that when saving the word document as a PDF then printing the PDF (via Adobe Reader) prints the fill effects. Best free video converter for mac 2017.

Another thing is that standard solid fills in an AutoShape prints but not any sort of Fill Effect. Even when the fill effect has two colours with both the colours the exact same - it will not print.

Windows XP Office: Word 2007 pdf995 software HP 2200d laserjet printer I've been converting Word files that contain text boxes to pdfs successfully for several years. Since two days ago when I attempted to do this, anything in text boxes does not show up on the pdf. I have contacted the software tech person who, after having me try several things, says the problem is with Word, not with the pdf software. Here are my steps to create a pdf: • Create a Word document • Go to Print • Select pdf995 from list of printers • Save file • Pdf then shows up on screen Everything shows up except anything that's in a text box. Shortcut for copy on mac. The outline for the text boxes does not show up either.
